This policy provides a comprehensive foundation for creating a campus environment that is green, healthy, clean, safe, comfortable, resource-efficient, low-emission, and fully aligned with the university’s governance and academic mission. It positions sustainability not as a separate initiative, but as an integral part of institutional management, campus culture, and long-term development.

The regulation covers key areas such as campus infrastructure, energy and water efficiency, waste and sanitation management, environmentally friendly transport, climate action, sustainability-oriented education and research, data reporting, partnerships, and continuous evaluation. It also encourages the active participation of lecturers, students, staff, alumni, and external partners in building a more sustainable university ecosystem.
